<Anthony D'Atri> Hosting and admin/moderation arguably are not coupled.  We don't seem to have anyone who knows mailman / the archiving software bits, so I'm unclear how we'd proceed ourselves, esp. if we don't want to lose the archives.

Adam Kraitman got me set up with ssh access to the VM and I figured out how to manually manage subscriptions and moderate held messages.
