2024-06-21T08:27:29.458Z | <zigo> Guillaume Abrioux: Thanks for the review. I've pushed an update to patch header as you suggested, plus switched to extrepo (if you don't know extrepo which I love and contribute to: https://packages.debian.org/sid/extrepo ). |

2024-06-21T09:06:57.463Z | <Frédéric Nass> Hello everyone, I would like to create a tracker to discuss the ability for Ceph to display a HEALTH_WARN message when min_size=1 with replicated pools and/or min_size < k+1 with ec pools, as suggested here (<https://www.mail-archive.com/ceph-users@ceph.io/msg25636.html>) by Welsey. In which Ceph sub-project category should I create this tracker? 'mgr'? |

2024-06-21T09:42:08.258Z | <Frédéric Nass> Hello Matheus, this is an operational problem. You should post in <#C1HFU4JK1|> channel for assistance. Best practice is ~150 PGs per OSD. You may want to use the PG autoscaler in warn mode to get recommendations and then reduce the pg_num/pgp_num on your pools (ceph osd pool set...). |
